We currently offer UK delivery on Dream Hair orders.
UK Delivery Options
Standard UK Delivery: £4.99
Free Standard UK Delivery: available on orders of £50 or more
Express UK Delivery: £6.99
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your Dream goodies packed and on their way as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Express UK delivery is usually faster, but delivery times can vary depending on the courier, location, bank holidays, weather, or delays outside of our control.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order so you receive order updates and delivery information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Please carefully check your delivery address before placing your order.
Dream Hair is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional postage costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information entered at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Additional postage charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at dreamhairshrewsbury@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Please allow reasonable time for courier delays, especially during busy periods, bank holidays, or severe weather.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at dreamhairshrewsbury@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged parcel and products where possible so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may not be available at launch.
If international delivery becomes available, delivery fees, customs charges, import taxes, duties, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
